Dr. Raheema Kanji-Naran is an innovative chiropractor and healthcare leader. She has

extensive experience managing multidisciplinary healthcare teams and treating patients in

many settings including hospitals, private practices, and rehabilitation centres. She is

committed to providing high-quality patient care.

 

Dr. Kanji is a graduate of the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Before chiropractic

school, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from Queen’s University. In

addition, she participates in ongoing professional development. She has taken many

post-graduate courses including courses in chronic pain, orthopaedics, and manual

therapies. In 2023, she received her certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) for Clinician

Champions, Accelerating AI in Healthcare.

 

Dr. Kanji has over 20 years of experience treating a variety of neuromusculoskeletal

conditions including sports injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, and workplace injuries.

She provides individualized care that is tailored to each patient’s specific condition. Her

approach includes the use of spinal manipulative therapy, joint mobilizations, active

rehabilitation programs, active release techniques (ART®), soft tissue therapies, modalities

(electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, hot/cold therapy),

exercise prescription, lifestyle advice, and ergonomic advice. She is passionate

about health, wellness, and promoting an active lifestyle.

 

Dr. Kanji is a member of the College of Chiropractors of Ontario (CCO), the Ontario

Chiropractic Association (OCA), the Canadian Chiropractic Association (CCA), and the

Canadian Chiropractic Protective Association (CCPA).

 

In her spare time, she enjoys fitness classes, jogging, yoga, and hiking. She also enjoys

spending time with family including her two children and two cats.
