Gina is a Body Harmonics certified Pilates instructor who has worked with a diverse range of clients, including those with degenerative disc issues, neurological disorders, hip replacements, older adults, and pre/post-natal. Applying her knowledge of posture, gait mechanics, and skeletal alignment, she helps clients achieve optimal movement, core support, and sense of proprioception. Gina sees Pilates as an invaluable tool, not just as a form of rehabilitation, but as a continuing practice that encourages the body to move with greater ease and strength. She enjoys getting to know clients individually and helping them to improve their overall quality of life. In her spare time, Gina enjoys taking nature hikes with her family, listening to music, and dancing.
