Bonnie Ha MPhty, BScKin (Hons)
Bonnie is a graduate from McMaster University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. Shortly after, she traveled to Australia to attend the University of Queensland to obtain a Masters of Physiotherapy. Following graduation, she got the opportunity to work in a well-established private clinic there where she treated a variety of orthopaedic conditions to patients of all ages. She also has experience working in an inpatient hospital setting and enjoys the wide variety of settings that Physiotherapy encompasses to help reach patient’s functional and rehabilitation goals. Her post-graduate training includes courses in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Mulligan concepts, and the STOTT Pilates method.
Bonnie’s treatment principles include a strong emphasis on education, manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise prescription/clinical pilates. Bonnie has a passion for developing the highest standard of care for her patients and ensuring their optimal return to function. She is continuing to pursue professional development courses to further her clinical skills. In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys running, listening to music, traveling, and being outdoors with friends.
